The Conference will include scientific sessions and two field trips, one before and one after the sessions. The framework of the conference program includes:
Day 1 (Thursday, October 16, 2025)
(1) Registration,
(2) Field trip „The Częstochowa ore-bearing region: Jurassic sedimentary iron deposits,”, (3) ice-breaker;
Day 2 (Friday, October 17, 2025)
(1) Plenary session „How Can Mineralogical Sciences Support the Mineral Resources Industry?” with the lecture by prof. Krzysztof Galos, Deputy Minister of Climate and Environment of the Republic of Poland and prof. Krzysztof Szamałek, chief of the Polish Geological Survey;
(2) Plenary session dedicated to new advances in Economic Geology;
(3) Plenary session dedicated secondary sources of mineral raw materials,
(4) Plenary session dedicated to new advances in Metamorphic Petrology,
(5) General sessions in mineralogy and petrology, (4) Poster session;
Day 3 (Saturday, October 18, 2025)
Parallel sessions dedicated to the role of mineralogical sciences in investigation of primary and secondary sources of mineral raw materials; gala dinner;
Day 4 (Sunday, October 19, 2025)
Field trip „MVT Pb-Zn-Ag deposits of Upper Silesia and Małopolska in the Tarnowskie Góry region”.
